Objectives of SEAL
SEAL’s primary aim is to boost the quality of life for older adults, ensuring they remain active, respected, and socially connected. They are inspired to engage in a full life after 59. Remember, SEAL is not a elder's living facility. It is a network of senior members around us.
SEAL is a private organization and Non Governmental Organization (NGO) working for the welfare, protection and human rights of the older people in India.
Joining SEAL can significantly enhance your quality of life by providing a perfect environment for social connection, physical activity, and mental stimulation. SEAL act as vital lifelines, especially for those living alone, by offering a sense of belonging and reducing the risks of loneliness and depression. That, we believe, is one of the banes of being older in life.
SEAL would act as a collective voice to represent seniors' interests to local governments regarding healthcare, comfortable living, and urban accessibility.
SEAL aim to Promote physical and mental health through tailored fitness programs, health screenings, and wellness workshops. Occasionally arranging an outdoor activities too.
SEAL encourages cognitive vitality by offering training in new technologies, financial planning, and the creative arts.
By fostering a supportive environment, SEAL empower seniors to maintain their independence and dignity while continuing to share their lifetime of wisdom and experience with the broader community.
